Described in its simplest terms, this site is a description of all the dates, with complete strangers who write to him from all over the world, that its author goes on. However, the nature of the dates, the witty writing style and his pledge to 'go ANYWHERE in the world for the right offer' turn that rather turgid concept into compelling reading.

By introducing the concept of 'objective dating', whereby each 'datee' brings a series of objects that the date has to include, Allan Willis has ended up in a series of hilarious situations. Highlights so far include smearing his face with ash and then handing out flowers in Piccadilly Square, London and making a film in Canada at the oneredpaperclip party. As a new site, with a rapidly growing fan base, it's certainly worth a look.
